Our commitment
Maluku.Today is a community platform celebrating Moluccan culture and heritage. The safety of all users, especially children and minors, is our highest priority.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Maluku.Today explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing, uploading, distributing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Grooming, soliciting or exploiting minors in any way
- Any content, behavior or communication that sexualizes minors
- Any attempt to gain inappropriate access to children through the platform
Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
In-app reporting mechanism
Maluku.Today provides users with an in-app mechanism to report content or behavior that violates our community standards, including any content related to child safety.
How we handle reports
All reports are reviewed promptly. Content that violates our child safety standards is removed immediately. Where legally required, we report violations to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Compliance
Maluku.Today complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates, including but not limited to international standards on child protection and the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
